Hot-reloads the API keys from the database without restarting the service. SuperRoot only.

GET …/7Kas?func=ReloadUsersKeys&ukey=YOUR_KEY&…
Requires the ukey parameter.
Parameters
None beyond ukey and func=ReloadUsersKeys.
