TuCloudAPI updatecli
TuCloudAPI function to manage tucloud (PBX) services. Available to: SuperRoot, Operator, Client.
Description
Edit a CLI. cli is read-only (ignored if sent — renaming would de-sync the SIP/voip_clis peer). Server-owned root/pais_id/cpostal_id are preserved. Same validation as addcli. Full-form save: send every timer field (blank clears it). 404 if not in the caller's PBX. Requires a non-readonly ukey.
