TuCloudAPI deletecli
TuCloudAPI function to manage tucloud (PBX) services. Available to: SuperRoot, Operator, Client.
Description
Delete a CLI after a tenant + dependency check. Blocked ({ok:false,in_use}) if any extension uses it as its outgoing caller-ID (cli_id) or internal/mobile CLI (internalcli_id). The trigger removes the voip_clis peer. Requires a non-readonly ukey.

Requires the ukey parameter.
