== Description ==
Lists indirect-access / preassignment records. OPERATOR AUDIENCE ONLY: its legacy operator scope is the ordinary tenant filter in all 26 brands and needs no ruling, while the SUPER audience is withheld pending console's row-filter decision - the super-root adm overrides scope to 1=1 and whether Helm should reproduce that is undecided. Paginated. Sorting and searching are restricted to the declared fields; anything else is rejected and named. Read audience is provisional pending operator confirmation.
